Resumen
Developing countries may experience difficulties incorporating STEM education into their Educational Teaching Guides. The goal of this work is to help preschool teachers to strengthen STEM education in girls and boys through the use of a video game on topics from the public education didactic guide. We propose the creation of a video game for girls and boys in preschool education using robotics and augmented reality. The learning objectives derive from two topics in the Costa Rica preschool education guide. A robot has been designed and an augmented reality application has been developed to interact with a physical robot and with a virtual robot. The first results show that if you can develop functional video games using these technologies and following the educational guide for preschool education.
